Mexican Chilly

This restaurant has the worst food I have ever eaten. There were three of us for lunch. I knew things were not going to be good when I saw the cook putting our food in the microwave. The flour tortillas that the so called chicken was wrapped in were rubbery and old. The chicken tasted like it had been in the freezer for months and then shredded. The beans were grey looking and the rice was old and cold. The food is so bad it defies description and the owner(s0 should be ashamed of themselves. Its that bad, and I can't see them staying open for long.
